Job DescriptionThe Mental Health Clinic, at Oliver Behavioral Consultants (OBC), is hiring a Full-Time, Part-Time Clinical Psychologist to join our team, as we expand our provision of mental health and behavioral health services and our diagnostic/evaluation services. OBC is a multidisciplinary clinic in Thornton, CO, that is committed to providing a range of services for individuals across the lifespan with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related Neurodevelopmental Disorders. Our team offers a transdisciplinary approach where BCBAs, SLPs, OTs, and our Mental Health team work to integrate services and support our patients and their families. Our OBC Mental Health team is committed to helping those experiencing anxiety, sadness, depression, isolation, withdrawal, socialization and relationship challenges, and educational and work challenges. OBC Mental Health provides services for toddlers, preschoolers, children, adolescents, teens, and adults in a one-to-one and/or group setting, as well as services for parents/caregivers and families. OBC Mental Health also offers developmental, psychological, and neuropsychological assessments for toddlers, preschoolers, children and adolescents, teens, and adults.
Licensed Psychologists' primary responsibilities include the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of individuals with ASD and related Neurodevelopmental Disorders as well as other mental health disorders.
Required SkillsDemonstrate knowledge and experience in human development, cognitive and developmental profiles, social-emotional functioning, and behavior analysis.
Demonstrate knowledge and experience in a range of mental health interventions and therapies.
Demonstrate knowledge and experience related to Clinical Intakes and Treatment Planning.
Demonstrate knowledge and experience in the evaluation and treatment of neurodevelopmental disorders, including Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disability, as well as a range of mental health disorders (e.g., anxiety, depression, mood disorders), for children, adolescents, and adults. Experience with the ADOS-2 and the ADI-R is valued.
Demonstrate knowledge and experience in the provision of clinical services (individual and group).
Participate in clinical supervision rounds to plan and evaluate treatment.
Attend and participate in training and professional development.
Demonstrate knowledge and experience related to adherence to ethical guidelines, clinical standards, and related federal and state laws.
Communicate effectively, verbal and written, in person and by phone and email.
Maintain accurate and confidential notes, files, and billing documentation, as required by HIPAA and the state of Colorado.
Maintain professional licensure and any certifications, as required by licensure boards and related professional agencies.
Maintain documentation for insurance panel requirements (CAQH).
Report to the Director of Mental Health Services.
Required QualificationsDoctorate from an APA/CPA-Accredited program in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.
At least 1 year of post-graduate, clinical experience.
Current Colorado licensure.
National Provider Identifier (NPI) number.
At least three professional references.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
